Nuvei(TSX:NVEI) Set to Unveil Second Quarter 2024 Financial Results on August 6 

Nuvei Corporation (TSX: NVEI), a prominent Canadian fintech firm, has announced the release of its second-quarter 2024 results, scheduled for after the market close on August 6, 2024. 



Earlier this year, on April 1, 2024, Nuvei revealed that it had entered into a definitive arrangement agreement to go private. This significant move is backed by Advent International, along with current Canadian shareholders Philip Fayer, Novacap, and CDPQ. The agreement stipulates an all-cash transaction valued at US$34.00 per share, placing the company's enterprise value at approximately US$6.3 billion. Consequently, Nuvei will not be hosting a conference call or webcast to discuss the second-quarter 2024 financial results.
